Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Mainland France: Delivery within 3 business days.

  • Standard Colissimo home delivery: €6.90 for orders under €39, free for orders of €39 or more.

  • Colissimo pickup point delivery: €4.90 for orders under €39, free for orders of €39 or more.

Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg: Delivery within 5 to 8 business days, depending on the country.

  • Standard home delivery: €9.50 for orders under €45, free for orders of €45 or more.

  • Pickup point delivery: €7.50 for orders under €45, free for orders of €45 or more.

United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria: Delivery within 5 to 8 business days, depending on the country.

  • Standard home delivery: €11.50 per order

  • Pickup point delivery: €9.50 per order

Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: Delivery within 5 to 8 business days, depending on the country.

  • Standard home delivery: €12.50 per order

  • Pickup point delivery: €10.50 per order

Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Turkey: Delivery within 5 to 8 business days, depending on the country.

  • Standard home delivery: €16.50 per order

  • Pickup point delivery: €14.50 per order

Our shipping policy may vary for certain products or special offers. In such cases, the correct shipping cost will be the one displayed at checkout.
Please note that the delivery times mentioned above do not include the order preparation time (between 1 and 4 business days). We do our best to ship orders placed before 11 a.m. on the same day, but during busy periods such as sales or Christmas, preparation time may be extended to 3 business days.

Returns

We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Only the price of the purchased item(s) will be refunded; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
